“Un hôtel parfait”
Très bien situé à Florence, dans un hôtel chaleureux et très bien agencé
Room was clean and spacious, Breakfast was nice, location is convenient.
You can’t control the AC in the room, which is a big problem. Every time we wanted to switch it up or down we had to ask reception, but obviously this is not possible late at night or early in the morning.

Gostei praticamente de tudo. A equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa, o quarto era confortável e estava sempre limpo, e o café da manhã era ótimo. A localização também é boa. Apesar de não ficar tão próxima das principais atrações turísticas, isso não foi um problema, pois o transporte público funcionou muito bem e facilitou bastante os deslocamentos.
Nada em especial. Como sugestão, o bar/restaurante poderia oferecer uma variedade um pouco maior de opções de comida.
