“It was a convenient location for our short stay, and we appreciated the airport shuttle.”
The location was close to the main train and bus stations and only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The surrounding area looked a bit rough but it was safe enough to walk around at night.

Location was good. Rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful
doesnt have chromecast on TV, although it have option that never works, technical support send to just tell me it doesnt work no ice maker on my floor

Buena ubicación para poder ir andando a todos lados. Habitación cómoda, tranquila. Muy buen detalle el tener en el pasillo de la habitación una máquina de hielo y poder llenar la botella de agua fresquita.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue el precio del desayuno de 20€ por persona, que nos pareció caro, pero al lado del hotel había una cafetería que habría a las 7 am y desayunamos de lujo.

Staff at breakfast entrance were rude. "No breakfast is not included with your room." We attempted to respond that we had discussed with reception when we checked in that we had requested to include breakfast + were happy to pay. Response was rude. We went to reception who also were rude. We were eventually told "yes you can have breakfast + we ask you to sign for it + include it in your bill. Great. Why wasn't that offer made initially!! Customer service needs significant improvement.
