“Very disappointed 2 photos sent with my view”
Location is in hotel zone- convenient to local bus routes.
View was terrible- I reserved lagoon view but lagoon is not visible unless you are on top floor of resort. Instead I saw road with traffic and noise- motorcycles, sirens, busses and cars. The building on the opposite side of the resort that I faced- was vacant with peeling paint and side boarded up. One of the 2 elevators was out of service 4 days.Not enough seating at restaurants and you can't take food out to your room or poolside. Toilet got stuck one day and air conditioning stopped working in our room.
Beautiful sea view in the room. Very friendly workers everywhere except check in. We had fun at this hotel
Check in wasn’t so smooth. It rained and started to rain inside the room. Was some filtration through the roof snd big window. I believe could be fixed. Room with sea view are not modern
