“Overall a very pleasant stay, a lot of really good people working at the hotel, good facilities”
The hotel is lovely, clean, spacious, location is perfect. Food was very good, a lot of choice. On the beach there is beach service which is very fast, the drink menu caters to every taste and is very fast.
In the water there are stones, just near the shore small ones, but knee deep there are large flat stones, very big and they go up in levels. People trip on these, some are unexpectedly high, did not experience this in any other hotels on the same beach. There are a few shops in the hotel, one of the shop keepers is a lady called Lilia. She goes around the hotel and the beach approaching everyone offering to go to a nearby factory. She is very persistent and annoying. My friends and I were approached at least 4 times during out stay. In the end we decided to go, being promised wrongly to find what we were looking for to buy. In reality we were brought to a fur/leather outlet in the centre of Side, met by very persistent sales people, who were openly saying we accept all methods of payment "just tell us where your money is we will find the way to get it". We all agreed that hotel must be aware that Lilia is approaching guests and this should not be the case at a five star hotel. Another very disappointing issue was receptionist from Ukraine who wore a Ukrainian symbol as a pedant and was very rude and indifferent to friends of mine who are from Russia. The hotel is full of Russian speaking guests and displaying political views working in reception is beyond unacceptable. My friends were very upset and disappointed, this matter should be address very seriously by the hotel management.
Everything is fine, hotel in and out, food is delicious, people are very friendly, bars, restaurants, beach, all people that work there are super.

“Amazing stay at Barut Hemera”
I loved how this resort is setup to look like a park and because of the way it's setup, there is almost never a line at the elevators and even though it's full it does not feel crowded because the rooms and pools and restaurants are spread out throughout the resort. Also the walkway Side has is amazing
The only thing that could use some improvements and the reason I deducted one point was the activities. Entertainment is pretty bland, it would help a lot if there were more options or if during the night shows they would engage with the guests rather than just a dance/concert. Also the rocks in the sea were not great

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und auch in puncto Sauberkeit und Hygiene waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Poolbereich waren sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal hervorheben. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu sorgen.
Einen Punkt fanden wir allerdings wirklich sehr störend: die vielen Katzen in den Bereichen, in denen gegessen wird. Teilweise wurden die Katzen von anderen Gästen gefüttert, wodurch sie regelmäßig zu den Tischen kamen, nach Essen bettelten und sogar versuchten, auf die Tische zu springen. Wir würden uns sehr wünschen, dass das Hotel hierfür eine bessere Lösung findet und insbesondere darauf achtet, dass die Katzen aus den Restaurant- und Essbereichen ferngehalten werden. Abgesehen davon waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden.
“Amazing Hotel”
The hotel is amazing, everything was perfect. I start with the food, it was just great, you have a huge selection and varity and everything was extremely delicous. The staff is very kind and helpful. The poolside is beautiful, you have a lot of space, even if it seems full, you always find a place to chill. The beach is very beautiful, its fine sand and you can walk far into the see and still can stand. Even at the beach you can just order your drinks with your smart phone and they bring it very quickly to your table. The rooms are very clean and you have plenty of space. There are a few alacart restaurants, i did bot try them since the Hemera Restaurant was already enough for me. The animations at night were great, first it starts with kids dance show, where your children can join. After that there were different groups each night, for example, dance band, concerts, wizard show, acrobatic group etc. I want to thank Hemera and its staff for everything they did to make my stay comfortable.
While walking into the water at the beach, there are a few rocks inside the water which are dangerous. If you wear water shoes then its not a problem but if not, then you have to be careful. If you want to avoid the the rocks you can just walk over the pier and go into the deeper water.
