“Overpriced, and lacking quality in all aspects”
Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were pleasant. Good tea selection in room.
The parking situation was not practical and I expected on site parking for the cost. The room was small, with very uncomfortable beds and pillows that should have been replaced a long time ago. They were lumpy and well used. I found them so disgusting I slept with my coat rolled up instead of using them. The bedding was clean, but again well used and not good quality. The room had a smell that I found disgusting. It was a mix of damp and sweat, which hit us as soon as we opened the door. We used the restaurant twice - once for a drink while we were waiting to check in, and again for breakfast and we found some of the staff seemed to turn their nose up at us because we were dressed practically, and not smartly. There was a waiter in particular who looked at us, judged us, and clearly found us lacking. I had to ask him to come over and take our order because he was trying to ignore us! And the breakfast options were odd, and the food quality was poor quality and badly cooked when it arrived. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price they charge. It doesn’t even have a good location.

Mountain views were incredible, great location with only a short walk away to bus stop, friendly staff and outstanding restaurants with delicious room service breakfast from the nest

Unfortunately the amenities provided were lacking - nothing like a hotel, no snacks provided, the tv was subpar, the room was not super clean (I’m not usually fussy but there was dust and did not smell nice) however for the price not worth so would not stay again, would just stay in a hotel next time
