“Would never be back.”
Rubbish scattered around the park every where you looked. Facilities unclean. Outdoor times at restaurant not wiped in the whole 5 days we were there. Same rubbish in the gardens. Facilities dirty. Lagoon pool was great. Inside cabins needed a good scrub.
“Great location for theme parks and family fun”
Well located to the Worlds, good facilities, 3 pools, activities for the kids, includes a restaurant and bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We stayed in an apartment and didn't have hot water for 4/6 days. They did compensate us with breakfast vouchers, and they tried hard to rectify the situation but for a couple of 70 year olds this took the shine off it.
“Great spot to take the family for an affordable stay”
Great facilities for vacations with the kids, with plenty for them to do outside. Didn't get the chance to try the cafe/restaurant, but like that the option is onsite. The room was clean and comfortable and parking/ check-in was easy. The staff there were very lovely!
More towel rails in the bathroom would be helpful
