“Not professional staff”

Staff are not well trained to provide professional hospitality services..
Staff very helpful, polite and friendly.
We were in one of the suites with an adjoining room and a balcony below us. Around 03:30, a party of guests arrived and were quite loud until something like 04:30. In the morning, I noticed a tray of dirty glasses and an empty bottle of wine outside the next-door room.
