Location was great
Staff were poor communicators and not invested in the guest experience The toilet cistern ran constantly during our stay - after the first night of running water in our room I asked the staff to check it out the response I got was not apologetic or helpful but dismissive and not my problem Would question whether the message was acted on at all - issue persisted for our entire stay

Middle of winter and the bed clothing consisted of a "summer" sheet and one flimsy blanket. Unbelievable.
