Beautiful hotel, exceptional reception staff especially Ghali and Juliette. 😊 both were very informative of the area and helped with suggestions of places to eat and see. Location was great as just off Yonge Street in downtown Toronto so close to lots of restaurants and attractions.
Pillows were a bit squishy- but I am being picky now!! Nothing else to fault. 😊
