“It was nice”
It was very clean, great location and comfortable.
The photos were slightly misleading of the pool facilities. And there was a cleaning lady who let herself into our room regardless of what was on the door desperate for a tip I believe but otherwise the place was pleasant and the staff were friendly.
“Relaxing holiday in H10 Las Palmeras with a vibrant local nightlife and plenty of shops.”
They were able to cater for my dietary requirements. The Guest Relations team and restaurant staff were very helpful.
Lots of deposits for everything. Having to pay for tennis was unexpected. The weather was luckily quite favorable as otherwise i would have found the pools too cold. It would be great to have a truly heated pool.
“Lovely stay”
Clean, great location, friendly efficient staff.
Lack of facilities for smokers wanting a drink. We would have spent much more money in the hotel if an area had been available.
