Es roch wie im muffigen Kellerraum. Die Fenstergriffe so weit oben, dass man kaum dran kommt. Kein Schallschutz. Jede Spülung von oben zu hören, jedes reden vor der Tür zu hören und jede Aufzugsfahrt. Absolut keine 4 Sterne.
