They cancelled my booking on the day of my arrival, saying I gave the wrong bank details but I use the booking agency all the time and never had a problem. I suspect they over booked

Rooms were filthy. Upon first walking into my room. Hair strands on the floor still. Dirt on the bathroom floor. Stained cushions. Ants in the room. Gap in the room door. Mold and rust in the bathroom. I told the front desk person and he tried to change my room. The new room had water on the bathroom floor still. Worst hotel I have ever seen. First time ever I walked out of a hotel. I booked another hotel close by.
