Check in was efficient and super friendly. We were given a room with en suite even though booked with private outside bathroom. Shower was good.
We were taken to annex hotel 2 doors down street....it had elevator from 1st floor. Looks like they have just taken this over and everything is a little shabby....but for our needs it was absolutely fine. One problem for us was only getting one key but nothing unsurmountable.
