“Kíváló!!!”
Tiszta, rendezett és központi. Minden a közelben volt amire csak szükség lehet, éttermek, élelmiszerbolt, óceán part.
Sajnos a két legrosszabb recepciós sikerült ki fognunk , jól láthatóan nem élvezték a munkájukat . A parkoló fő szempont volt a foglaláskor, mert autóval érkeztünk, érkezésünkkor közölték, hogy nincs.Érdeklődjünk minden nap , hátha lesz!????????1,5 órás keresés után találtunk 15 perc gyalogútra a szállodától, keservesen.A recepciós közölte, miután mondtam, hogy így nem maradok és távozni szeretnék, hogy holnap talán lesz parkoló de legyek hálás mert ilyet nem szoktak tenni!???? Másnap kaptunk parkolót, de ha találkoztunk a recepciósokkal nem volt őszinte a mosolyuk.Semmilyen felvilágosítást nem adtak, liftek, étkezés, semmivel kapcsolatban.., itt a szoba kulcs és menj…hozzáteszem ekkor már kb. 7 órája úton voltunk Budapestről 😭. A feleségem jól beszél spanyolul, és volt szerencséje egy fiatal recepciós hölgyet végighallgatni , merőben más és maximális volt mint amit mi átéltünk…, minden szempontból jobb segítőkészebb, lojálisabb hozzáállást hallott!Összességében a szálloda nagyon jó, tisztaság, étkezés, medencék, és különöskmépp a medence Bár személyzete rendkívül kedves!!! Összeségében nagyon jó hely , csak jó recepcióst kell kifogni! Sajnos a minket fogadók nevét nem jegyeztem fel , pedig kár……
“Damp & noisy rooms”
Negatives-Terrible noise pollution from nearby pubs & clubs until 5am. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill. Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them. The exception being Javier & Ekaterina who had good customer service & tried to help me resolve the issues I was facing even though they couldn’t. The bar staff are extremely rude and the quality of drinks and snacks is poor. We preferred a short walk to Dialprix Paradero supermarket to buy our drinks and snacks. They even have a deli for sandwiches, boxed salads & coffees Positives-the cleaning staff are fantastic and do a great job. The breakfast included with our stay was decent, and the catering staff were brilliant with my son’s coeliac and wheat allergy making sure he always had pancakes or omelette made fresh and free from contamination. The area around the hotel is quite grimy and feels unsafe. We were also warned by local shops to be cautious in this area. Overall- it wouldn’t be a hotel or area I would revisit, however a short trip to los Cristianos or Costa Adeje & you get a much nicer impression of Tenerife
“Amazing hotel”
Just back from this hotel. We had the most amazing stay the staff were wonderful all the staff were so friendly and always made an effort to talk to us and our child and I mean ALL staff, bar, cleaners, maintenence, restaurant, receptionist! The hotel is clean and tidy, no long ques for anything, lots of food options, lots of drink options too. The entertainment and animation team was amazing, special shout out to nadir on the animation team, super kind and made our little one so confident joining in the songs and dances. We have been so sad leaving this hotel the most amazing holiday! Would 100% reccomend!
