The location was great, it’s a great neighborhood to stay in and a good value.
Almost everything about the property was great, with one hugely glaring exception: the bed itself. The mattress was by far the worst I have ever slept on, and my upper back and shoulders are still paying the price. I am not exaggerating when I say that I am still in physical pain from sleeping on it. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, and everything else about the stay was genuinely good, but a comfortable bed is a pretty crucial part of any hotel stay. Unfortunately, in that regard, this was about as bad an experience as I could have had.
It was not organized. Things were so automated that it was irritating. If you have any questions there was no one to respond. Sent multiple forms in advance about checkin, arrival time, departure time.

Good breakfast, nice room, good location
The area was nice and quiet. Walking distance to red line and Wrigley field, coffee shops, restaurants. Court yard was nice to have coffee in mornings.
Court yard wasn't cleaned, smell of stell cigarettes and ash trays full sitting on the tables. Not sure if it house keeper or owner but when we greeted her twice she barely noticed us. No smile or anything. And breakfast included was non existent.
