The hotel is really beautiful, the beach is amazing and enjoyable, the food is varied, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience, and we would be happy to come back again.
I just have one small concern that I hope the hotel management will pay more attention to: there are several cats around the hotel. They are very friendly and don’t cause any trouble, but unfortunately, it seems that nobody really takes care of them or provides them with food and water regularly. Sometimes they are even chased away during meal times, which we honestly didn’t understand. My wife and I were the only ones who noticed this and started giving them some food and water whenever we could. I really hope the hotel can take better care of these cats and provide them with a proper place, food, and water. They are friendly animals and, with a little care, can be part of the beautiful atmosphere of the place. And if you’re staying at this hotel and reading my review, please don’t be afraid of the cats. They are very friendly. If you can, please give them some food or water and treat them kindly. ❤️ عندي بس ملاحظة أتمنى إدارة الفندق تهتم بيها، وهي وجود عدد من القطط داخل الفندق. القطط ودودة جدًا ومش بتسبب أي إزعاج، لكن واضح إن مفيش اهتمام بيها أو توفير أكل ومياه بشكل منتظم، وأحيانًا بيتم طردها وقت الأكل، وده بصراحة كان شيء مش مفهوم بالنسبة لنا. أنا ومراتي كنا بنحط لهم أكل ومياه لأننا لاحظنا إن محدش مهتم بيهم. أتمنى الفندق يوفر لهم مكان وأكل ومياه بشكل منظم، خصوصًا إنهم جزء من أجواء المكان ومش مؤذيين للضيوف.لو حد هيسكن ارجوكم تحطولهم اكل دول فعلا ودودين ونضاف.شكرا
“Good experience”
Overall, the hotel is good. It has a beautiful beach, spacious rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. The food was also relatively very good, especially considering Egyptian standards. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time at the hotel
The main area that could be improved is the bed and mattress, which were not very comfortable and would benefit from being replaced or upgraded. The hotel itself has great potential, and I believe that some renovations and updates would make it look and feel much more luxurious. With a few improvements, the overall experience could be significantly better
Swiss Inn считаю одним из лучших отелей в Дахабе в Лагуне. Очень удобное расположение, песочный пляж, рядом находятся станции Ветратории где можно арендовать виндсерф и вингфойл. Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда помогает. Особенно хочу поблагодарить главного менеджера Magdy Hassan за наш комфортный отдых. Огромное спасибо персоналу который следит и ухаживает за лужайками, цветами и растениями на территории отеля. Их не видно, а чистота и порядок радует глаз. Благодарю поваров, кулинаров, менеджеров и официантов ресторана и бара. Еда приготовлена очень вкусно. Благодаря им мы чувствуем себя окружёнными заботой и вниманием. Особо отмечу заботу и дружелюбие официантов Omar и Muhammed, которые нас чаще всего обслуживали и заботились о нас.
