Spa and pool were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with great selection of food options. Room was really good overlooking pool and with a sea view also. Reception staff very helpful. In general staff in the hotel were very friendly.
Possibly the waiting staff in the pool bar area could have been more attentive. Sometimes we felt ignored and had to ask to.place an order for example. Also bar staff seemed inexperienced. I ordered an irish coffee and it was served without cream. Good bar staff would know to inform customer if they didnt have everything they needed to serve a drink and suggest an alternative.
