“Although the staff were outstanding, the hotel itself did not meet our expectations for a five-star.”
The biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. The reception team and restaurant staff were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Every request, question, or issue we had was handled quickly and professionally, which made a very positive difference to our stay. The kids' club is another major advantage. There are activities running almost throughout the entire day, making it easy for children to stay entertained and engaged. The beach was beautiful, clean, and well organized. We also really enjoyed the children's pools, and our child had a fantastic time there.
The biggest disappointment for us was the children's restaurant. The food selection was very limited, and the menu was almost the same every day. There were also packaged and processed food options available. We stayed for five days, and on four of those days the only soup offered was chicken broth soup. As a family travelling with a young child, we had high expectations for this area, but unfortunately it was a major disappointment. The rooms are in clear need of renovation. They do not meet what I would consider a five-star standard and feel quite outdated. The bathroom was also very small and looked nothing like it appeared in the photos. In my personal opinion, if an independent inspector were to reassess the hotel today based on room conditions and food quality, I would be surprised if it still qualified as a five-star property. Housekeeping also needs improvement. I do not know whether this is due to staff shortages or another reason, but the cleaning standards were below expectations. Our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and despite being serviced twice during our stay, it never felt truly clean. While the food variety in the main restaurant was extensive, the overall quality was not comparable to other five-star hotels we have visited. For example, the nut selection consisted mostly of lower-cost options, and the fruit variety was quite limited. Similarly, meat dishes were often served as meatballs, while higher-quality cuts such as lamb chops or steaks were rarely available. Finally, one point I cannot overlook is the medical service. The hotel has a doctor on site, but consultations are charged separately. For an all-inclusive resort, I found this disappointing and believe basic medical consultations should be provided free of charge.

The location is great with wonderful access to the private beach, warm seas and stunning Mountain View’s.
Some of the rooms need maintenance, particularly woodwork of the front door frames, some of the indoor furniture showing signs or wear and a little bit of attention needed to some of the bathroom areas
