Kettle didn’t work and the replacement one we asked for never got delivered
Our room was nice and quiet, it was clean. It wasn't as good as the last time I stayed though. Spa pool was tepid and wouldn't let us turn it up.
I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff. She said she was new, and the manager apologized, but I won't be going back. We also valet parked our car ($40 a day), called them ahead of time and it was never ready when we came down. The key cards were faulty and we had to change them 2 or 3 times. Was annoying
