The room was beautiful and super comfy, staff was very friendly and the hotel is well located. Great beach club in the Parque del Jaguar too !
The breakfast was good but quite simple, especially considering the price.

Questo hotel è stata per noi una sorpresa: nuovo, arredato con gusto, camere pulite e ben tenute. La finestra e il relativo terrazzo spettacolari! Se dovessimo tornare in questa zona, riprenoteremo di certo una camera in questa struttura. Ottima anche la colazione!
Abbiamo avuto un pò di difficoltà legate alla lingua in quanto sia alla reception che nell'area colazione nessuno parlava inglese, soltanto spagnolo

Mooie bijzonder ingerichte kamer, goede ligging t.a.v. restaurantjes. De beachclub die erbij hoorde was echt top. Met reservering hoef je geen entree te betalen voor het park.
Joli hôtel dans le centre de Tulum avec un accès au Beach Club partenaire de l'hôtel accessible lorsque qu'il n'y a pas de sargasses; malheureusement en 2026, impossible de profiter de la plage! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le rooftop et la piscine en revanche ne sont pas très bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le restaurant est fermé. L'hôtel est à quelques blocs du centre de Tulum qui est plutôt triste.
