The efficient airport shuttle service, and proximity to a station were crucial for me. The hotel is also close to local shops.

This is a “Business Hotel” and was very convenient for flights in/out of HND. It’s clean, basic and “business like”. There are two convenience stores directly across the street tor late night food/drinks, or forgotten toothbrushes, etc. and the subway station is a 5 minute walk. It was nice, but again “business like”. Room service is at your door at 11:00 am check-out for a quick turnover of the room and the shuttle bus leaves precisely on time! Even if the reception desk knows you are running literally 3 minutes late!!! Oh well…the subway is two stops from HND and located right across the street. For an overnight stay for an early morning flight, or late night arrival at HND, this place is convenient and clean! For a family vacation stay…not recommended. Too far from the activities and restaurants tourists want and not the greatest part of town. Felt safe, but there are definitely much better locations for family vacationers! The shower head and water pressure were great and the bed was comfortable (crappy pillows though! Flat! 😏) All things considered…it did what I needed to do. Get to HND early the next day.
Felt rushed and there is zero tolerance for the shuttle bus…and I’m literally talking 3 minutes and I called reception to let them know! Actually, they called me to remind me that 11:00 was check out time! I got stuck on a phone call and exited the room at 11:03!!! Zero leeway for “life happens” stuff! 😕
