“Nem rossz, de lenne min javítani”
Fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt. Az óceánpart talán a legrendezettebb volt a környéken, minden nap kétszer takarították a sargassumot. A fő étteremben változatos, finom ételeket ettünk, akár ebédre, akár a vacsoránál. A személyzet többnyire kedves volt, külön kiemelném a Mike's Coffee személyzetét, és a csodálatos Carment, aki minden nap gyönyörűen kitakarította a szobánkat, és szebbé varázsolta a napunkat a kedves mosolyával!!
A speciális éttermekben a felszolgálás minősége sok esetben botrányos volt (a mexikói étteremben az étel is), talán kicsit jobban képezni kellene a kollegákat. Előfordult, hogy előbb kaptam meg a főételt, mint az előételeket, volt hogy egyszerre kihozták az összes előételt és a levest. Sok esetben fontosabb volt a srácoknak, hogy egymást szórakoztassák, mint a vendégek. Ezen mindenképpen kellene javitani. A tengerparton és a nem Privilege részen lévő napágyak eléggé használtak, rájuk férne egy csere.

Tuvimos un inconveniente a la llegada con la habitación asignada, sin embargo, fue resultó tan pronto lo reportamos.

La gente que vende los planes privilege, son supremamente irrespetuosos y violentos, además de usar publicidad engañosa. Nos dijeron desde el día anterior que nos iban a dar un souvenir, después con la excusa de darnos unos contactos para una próxima visita sin intermediarios cómo Booking que fue la plataforma por la que llegamos al hotel, usaron tácticas al principio gentiles de preguntar hasta por el perro de la casa, de decirle a mi esposa que ojos tan lindos, puras flores para que digamos cuánto nos costó el viaje y hasta cuánto ganamos y después la conversación se puso violenta y nos infantilizaron llamando a un supervisor cuando no quisimos suministrarla. Apartir del momento empezamos a desconfiar del hotel, muy lindas las instalaciones pero lo que hacen es engañoso y violento.
