Ich habe nicht im Hotel รผbernachtet, da der Beschrieb bei der Buchung nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Im Beschrieb steht zum Beispiel: Entfernung zum Meer 1.8km. Tatsรคchlich ist die Distanz min. 12km. Ich habe mich fรผr dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es in der Nรคhe des Meeres sein sollte und wurde enttรคuscht. Habe mir dann ein anderes Hotel gesucht und gefunden.
โOverall experience was one of the best everโ
The people at the front desk were so very friendly and willing to help out anyway they could. Their knowledge of the Sorrento area was tops and they even gave a few lessons in speaking Italian to me, enhancing my experience. The wait staff in the breakfast room were superior and very engaging. Five stars plus for the staff!
The only thing I would suggest is that the shuttle van add one extra stop to the train station for added convenience, but that is minor. Itโs not really a case of what I didnโt like, just a suggestion.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who explained the breakfast timings and all the facilities clearly. The pool is excellent, with a brilliant view over Sorrento. If I had to pick one highlight, it would be the free daily transfer into Sorrento. It's very well organised, always on time, and the drivers are friendly. We found travel to be expensive otherwise, so this was a huge bonus and saved us a lot over the week. The hotel is a twenty minute drive from the centre of Sorrento, but it's in a lovely little town with plenty within walking distance โ a supermarket, restaurants and ice cream shops. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would happily stay again.
Only one thing, and it's a small point. With a late flight we had the afternoon to fill after checking out, and there were no changing facilities available โ so no way to shower before travelling. Most hotels we've stayed at have a dedicated changing room with showers for exactly this situation. We ended up using the outdoor shower by the pool, which was fine for me, but my girlfriend would have appreciated somewhere more private. Not a dealbreaker at all, and everything else was excellent. Just something worth knowing if you've got a late departure.
