We've stayed there now twice and there are some stuff members that are okay, but I have to say that the morning gentleman was extremely helpful and so pleasant to work with. We can't wait to come back again in December
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but I'm going to blame that on our wonderful Governor. Newsom. The worst thing about the room is it takes a few hours to cool down to an acceptable level!!! We wished that there was a fan available the last two times we were there so obviously I have to bring my own.

Siamo dovuti scappare 5 minuti dopo il check-in. Terribile puzza di birra e di maryuana nel corridoio e nella stanza. Siamo scesi nella hall per chiedere spiegazioni e non ci hanno aperto la porta perché dicevano che avevano chiuso alle 21 (erano le 21.03). Anche provando a dire il problema da dietro la porta a vetri si sono rifiutati di aprirci e di darci un supporto. Immagino che fossero al corrente di ciò visto che non hanno fatto nulla. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare le chiavi davanti la porta chiusa della reception e andare via a cercare un altro hotel. Non hanno neanche concesso il rimborso. Comportamento indecente
