βAangenaam verblijf, maar enkele punten kunnen beterβ
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hebben over het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het hotel heeft een fijne sfeer en we hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Agadir.
Helaas waren er tijdens ons verblijf enkele punten die beter konden. De koelkast op de kamer werkte niet, waardoor de drankjes niet koud waren. Ook werkte de airconditioning aanvankelijk niet. We moesten hiervoor zelf naar de receptie gaan om het te melden; daarna werd het probleem gelukkig opgelost. Daarnaast was er in de badkamer slechts een klein afvalbakje en vonden we de vloer in de kamer niet voldoende schoon. Toen ik mijn eigen haren van de vloer opraapte, waren mijn vingers helemaal zwart. Dit gaf ons helaas niet het gevoel dat de kamer grondig was schoongemaakt.

The food The French clientele were rude We had to pay through booking.com as when we asked as a disabled person with an 83 yr old mum to extend our room we were told no. They had none, yet we found a room on this site for Β£283 and we only utilised the room for 5 hours. No sleeping, no food as it was shocking.
