“Although we had to attend the Hospital the next day, we had a pleasant night in a nice hotel.”
The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Everything was clean. The waterfall was beautiful, where the noise of running water was very soothing to the mind and body. Other occupants were quietly going about their business, no arguments or drunken loud people. The staff were very courteous and professional, at all times. Car parking was easily available and easy to park the car only a few meters from our room.
The microwave was too high up in the kitchen for me to use. I was afraid my hot meal would spill on me. Having a taller husband solved that problem.

No contact from managers as requested. Booking.com error and no leniency for the error even though I attempted contact within 30 seconds of receiving the confirmation email and realising their error. Even though I also explained the property was NOT suitable for my NDIS client!!!! Very very unprofessional and just hid behind the internet
