  The breakfast is OK, but every day is almost the same.

  A hotel of this caliber cannot afford to have a terrible, unusable internet connection. In today's world, this is essential, and it significantly detracts from the quality of the stay. It is frustrating. There were issues at check-in; although we arrived at 11:00 AM, our room wasn't ready by 3:00 PM, and we had to wait an additional half-hour. The bathtub in the room is in terrible condition, giving the impression that it is very dirty. It really ought to be replaced.
