This was my second and sure not the last stay. I like the hotel from the early check in through the perfect hospitality to the late check out.

Location is great
Disappointing – poor value for money We paid approximately €4,000 for our stay at Capo Bay, and unfortunately the experience fell well below the standard we expected at this price. We were given a connecting room without being informed, with poor sound insulation meaning we could hear the adjoining room and could not get a good night's sleep until we specifically asked to be moved. There were also several issues with the room, including poor bathroom cleanliness, a cockroach, shower problems, an inadequate hairdryer, toiletries not being replaced and tired décor. The experience was further affected by drilling during our massage, the pool area being cleared and equipment stacked up while guests were still using it, and an uncomfortable incident where we were asked to leave the pool area because we had brought drinks from outside. The hotel has a fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly, but there were simply too many issues for a hotel charging €4,000 to represent good value for money. We would not return and would not recommend paying this level of money for the experience we received.
