“Prima hotel”
Op onze eerste avond in Valencia kwamen we midden in een enorme thunderstorm terecht. We kwamen volledig doorweekt terug in het hotel en tot overmaat van ramp stond onze hotelkamer onder water, wat ze al grotendeels opgelost hadden. Het hotel was druk bezig met de wateroverlast en iedereen deed zijn best. Maar medewerker Adrian verdient echt een speciale vermelding. Hij leefde enorm met ons mee en deed alles om het voor ons zo goed mogelijk te maken. Hij regelde een upgrade én een late check-out als compensatie. Supervriendelijk en ontzettend betrokken. Dat noem ik nou service! Een dikke pluim voor Adrian!
Bij de check in konden we nog niet in onze kamer. Geen probleem, maar we moesten ons in het toilet omkleden. Dit vonden wij niet fijn en kan zeker anders! Daarnaast was onze mooie kamer op de eerste verdieping erg gehorig, wat jammer was. Daarnaast liep er een oudere mevrouw rond die zich als de politie agente van het hotel gedroeg. Onvriendelijk! Dit gaf ons een heel vervelend gevoel. Totaal onnodig want het is een fijn hotel met nette gasten.
