Disappointed with the room and its infrastructure which seems is old. Internal phone was not working. A/c not working. In the second room, the shower knob was broken. When complained, technician would pretend to be fixing it but had no will to really fix. Possibly he knew that he couldn’t fix due to old equipments. Staff overall were very courteous. Dining room - Bodn stood out with his service and willingness to help. Spa - Dalal was a true professional and excelled in her art of Hammam. Hotel is magnificent. Just need to fix the old infrastructure
