Staff were friendly.
Bed was particularly uncomfortable, and pedestrian noise resulted in a poor nights sleep. We slept through our alarm and were unable to go for breakfast.

Great location. Large and very quiet room. Onsite parking is a god-send and whilst expensive, is cheaper than the nearby NCPs. Looks and feels very typical American corporate chain hotel with big wide open passageways.
Looks and feels very typical American corporate chain hotel with too much beige in what is a really impressive old building. Oddly for a massive chain, the shower gel was empty and the tea/coffee caddy was really limited. The mattress was well used with a big dip in the middle. The price for breakfast was extortionate so we gave that a swerve.
