Great hotel and a wonderful experience! The food, cleanliness, and service were excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ahmed Gamal, Mohamed Ali, and Hotel Manager Ayman Hassan. Thanks to the reception team Ahmed Rashwan and Hassan Mahmoud, and the bar team Essam Awad and Tarek Dawoud. Thank you for him My concern about the residence is away from the center of the resort this is annoying for my family last year the residence is in the center so it is more better also painting work beside our room But generally thank you for your generous
