We recently had the pleasure of staying at Desert Rose Resort, it was again a wonderful experience from beginning to end. What truly made our stay special was not only the beautiful resort and its facilities, but most importantly, the amazing people who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. A special thank you to Mrs. Samar El Nobi from Guest Relations, who was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Mrs. Samar gave us such a warm welcome and made sure our stay arrangements were perfectly organized. She also followed up with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made a big difference. Mr. Mohamed Reda - gave us a very warm welcome and made our check-in process incredibly smooth and comfortable. At Del Mar Restaurant, Adel Saad was exceptional. He was always welcoming, cheerful, and incredibly hospitable. His positive attitude and friendly service made every visit enjoyable. At Le Bistro Restaurant, Nady Nabeel provided an outstanding level of hospitality. He was always welcoming, cheerful, and attentive, making us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. At Sunset Bar, Tarek Ali deserves a special mention for being extremely responsive and attentive. He was always ready to help and made sure we had everything we needed. At Sand Bar, Taha Farag was also very responsive and attentive. His friendly service contributed to making our time there relaxing and enjoyable. At the Main Restaurant, Adel A Moniem was always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. His positive attitude really stood out and added to the pleasant dining experience. At Winter Garden, we would also like to thank Mohamed Ashour, Galal El Nady, and Moaz Galal for their excellent service. All three were extremely responsive, attentive
