Location, breakfast buffet, pool
Very thin walls dividers between rooms made us hear everything what other guests were doing and it was hard to sleep, and difficult to talk comfortably knowing we could be heard too. . Tea/coffe, soap etc were not replenished/topped up daily. As a result we had no milk, no shampoo or not enough towels in some days.
