“Great location”
Great location, across from Hyde Park, very close to tube stations. Area felt safe. Lovely restaurants nearby. Had a lovely old style manor feel to the place. Staff were pleasant. This is the perfect spot if you are exploring London and just need a bed at the end of the day. It was good value for money for the great location. Despite the minor flaws with the room, I would stay again.
The bedroom was small, even for a standard double. The handrail in the bathroom was loose from the wall and the bath was high so felt a little unstable getting in and out of the shower. Not sure how an elderly person or someone with limited mobility would manage it. The shower screen was way too small which left water all over the floor. The curtain in the bedroom was stained. These are mostly really small but simple things to fix that would make a big difference.

We love the property we have stayed a few times now.
Sadly this wasn’t our best stay we had such a small room we could just walk round the bed, my husband’s bad on his legs so it wasn’t great, I did ask if it was possible to move but we got told no because the hotel was full…that I do understand) the breakfast would have been lovely but all 4 mornings it was cold and I don’t like cold beans. The staff was lovely and very helpful if I was to come again we would defo need a larger room.

I liked the location and the breakfast tea was excellent
I didn’t like the space of the room it was a bit dusty and dirty and it was the smallest room I ever have stayed in my life so cramped. Didn’t like the stairs on the way down that took up extra room we already didn’t have
