The staff at the reception did their job well. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was quite disappointing. At breakfast, the waiters were very inattentive, and the selection of food was extremely limited. There was no porridge at all. The milk and orange juice ran out and were never replenished. The swimming pool was another major disappointment. It was extremely dirty, and it seemed as though it was not being properly cleaned at all. The condition of the room also left a lot to be desired. There were stains in the room, the curtains looked as though they had not been cleaned or dusted for a very long time, the armchair was extremely dirty, and the furniture was old and worn. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The cleanliness, condition of the rooms, swimming pool, and breakfast service all need serious improvement.

Pokuj bardzo czysty z łazienką i pięknym widokiem na Odrę Wszędzie jest bardzo czysto ,windy są przestronne nawet przy wejściu jest specjalna winda dla osób na wózkach Okolica jest bardzo ładna,blisko do przystanku z którego można dojechać chyba w każdą część Wrocławia .W Hotelu jest też dostępny basen dla gości i oczywiście restauracja Serdecznie polecam wszystkim którzy będą w Wrocławiu chętnie tam jeszcze wrócę bo warto super miejsce w Wrocławiu
