Staff friendly, clean around hotel and in main room.
Bathroom looked very tired. Bath and shower looked dirty as old and marked. Beds very soft. Only 1 very soft pillow. We did get more pillows after going to reception twice!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, the food was nice, and the facilities were good. We were generally happy with the stay. However, there were a couple of issues that I feel the hotel should improve. During breakfast, we noticed two staff members speaking very loudly to each other in their own language (Hindi). We fully respect everyone’s language and culture, but the loud conversation was quite disturbing, especially in a hotel dining area where guests are trying to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. I believe staff should be mindful of the volume and maintain a more professional and considerate environment around guests. This was one of the main weaknesses during our stay. We also informed the hotel that we had run out of shower gel, but unfortunately, we did not receive any before we checked out. This was disappointing, as it is a basic facility that should be provided promptly when requested. Apart from these issues, we found the hotel clean, the food enjoyable, and the overall facilities good. With better attention to staff conduct and guest requests, the experience could be significantly improved.

Staff were exceptional - very helpful anytime we yalked yo them, and kept us up to date when our room service order was late and they didn't have a few items we asked for. Fast check in. Room size was good. Comfy bed. Free gym usage (we didn't use this facility but it is nice for it to be included and we would use in the future). Near bus route.
Shower in room 37 makes a horrendous noise when turned on, the pressure on the first night was poor - it would have been more effective to stand outside in the rain with shampoo. The food was a little pricer than we would have liked.
