However, when my companion arrived on the first day, they were told there was "no reservation" and were forced to pay again at the desk. When I checked in the following day, the front desk tried to assign me a different room. I explained the situation, declined the new room, and stayed in the room my companion had checked into the previous day. Although we only used ONE room during our entire stay, we were charged and paid for two rooms. I have requested the hotel to verify the facts and issue an immediate refund for the overcharge, but I have received no response so far. I urge the hotel to address this matter promptly and sincerely.
