“We really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel in a great location with breathtaking views.”
I loved everything about the hotel! The bedroom and view were perfect. The bed was super comfy. The tropical shower was just fantastic! The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. The hotel was so modern, fresh and clean. The staff were all friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast and bar menu had everything we liked to eat. The pool and pool area were spotless with lots of loungers and the views across Sorrento and the bay were simply stunning! The pool got sunshine from sunrise to sunset! The hotel shuttle bus service was ideal for getting into Sorrento and back to the hotel and it ran like clockwork from 7.45am to 11pm daily. Drop off and pick up from the train station was perfect for getting around Sorrento.
There were no bottles of water in the room when we checked in or supplied daily during room cleaning.

The view of The Bay of Naples was amazing and the location was good. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accomidating.
The shuttle bus could run a few more times a day to give hotel guest more options.

The restaurant food was unbelievable, the breakfast was too as there was so many options. The view of the sea with the balcony was like something out a movie scene! The staff were so friendly and very helpful and very funny at dinner time!
