Buffet-Essen war toll, Ala Carte Restaurants waren grandios, Getränkeangebot sehr vielfältig, abwechslungsreiches Abendangebot.
Die per Mail Vorab-Reservierungen samt Bestätigung der Ala-Carte Restaurant bei Check in nicht im System auffindbar. Bei Anreise wurde uns schriftlich late checkout um 14:00 zugesagt, am Abreisetag als wir den Kofferabholservice anforderten hieß es plötzlich wir müssen um 12:00 schon aus dem Zimmer raus. Anscheinend intere Kommunikations-Schwierigkeiten

La reception accogliente.
Viene definito un cinque stelle, ma non ne ha le caratteristiche. Tantissimi gatti in circolazione anche nella zona ristorante. Tavoli ristorante e pavimenti poco puliti. Cibo sempre uguale, pulizia scarsa. Noi avevamo una camera Sapphire Serenity Retreat vista mare, bagno piccolissimo e datato. I teli mari li consegnano dopo le ore 10 del mattino, se si vuole visitare una spiaggia esterna bisogna prenderli il giorno prima perché alla reception non li danno.

Soggiorno impeccabile, staff molto preparato e attento e struttura davvero bella.
La piscina, essendo il periodo a cavallo di ferragosto, c'era troppa gente e conseguentemente bicchieri sporchi e poca attenzione
