oui effectivement le personnel de la réception nécessite une formation sur les techniques d accueil un certain mr Alshafye nous a enduit enerreur sur le change de la.monnaie, il a refusé des billets en euros neuf, et il nous a remis les clefs de la chambre après presque 2 heurs d attente un comportement pareil nécessite une mise à jours des techniques d accueil . àussi à la base j ai réservé une chambre pour trois personnes. mais j était surpris que c est une chambre pour 2 pazrsonnes et il ont ajouté un lit qui n est pas du tous confortable. après plusieurs réclamation qui n ont pas aboutis même après notre départ Svp à l avenir signaler sur booking que y a pas de chambre pour trois personnes.

“Such a great experience”
We had a lovely 10-day family holiday at this resort. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort was clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the food was good, and we enjoyed the pool and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were especially helpful with our elderly family members, which we really appreciated. We would also like to give special thanks to the restaurant manager for his excellent service and for leading such a friendly and attentive team. His dedication and the great service provided by the restaurant staff made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable. We would happily return and recommend this resort to other families.
