Staff were friendly.
Car park was tight and my car received damage squeezing out. No hand wash in bathroom. Only one pillow per person and was paper thin. Kept hitting head on headboard. View out the window was pure brick wall. Travel between car park and foyer was convoluted and very difficult to carry luggage up.
