The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
The main issue was the lack of variety in the food. During our three-night stay, the meals were almost the same every day. Also, the hotel seemed understaffed for the number of guests. The staff were working very hard and were always doing their best, but there simply weren’t enough employees to properly serve such a large number of guests.

When we arrived we where held to randsom for another 1050 pounds sterling by the manager because our daughters age changed from 12 to 13 years old He said if we didn't pay we would have to leave and he wouldn't give us a refund we felt intimidated and scared and completely let down, Then to add insult to injury While we are at a table trying to have a coffee, the entertainment manager Katerianna!!!tried to write a review for the hotel on our behalf and insisted on using our phones to do this!!! Absolute disgrace 😤 please be advised that there reviews have been bullied out of people 😢
