Localisation
Ventilation extrêmement bruyante , impossible de dormir

Die Lage war sehr gut. Super zentral am Alten Hafen.
Wir hatten ein 'Classic' Doppelzimmer gebucht, also die Standard Kategorie. Dass das bedeutet, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Lüftungsschacht im Innenhof bekommen, habe ich nicht erwartet. Es war stockdunkel, die Belüftung hat die ganze Nacht gerauscht. Von Grand Hotel keine Spur. Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber nichts besonderes, dafür mit 28 € recht teuer. Am meisten haben wir uns über unser dunkles und 'Aussichts-loses' Zimmer geärgert.

“Get a room with balcony. 5th floor only”
Amazing location. We didn’t like the room we were allocated as although larger it didn’t have the Juliet balcony shown on the photo.. just small windows. After being shown 2 other rooms we opted for a small and unrenovated rather tired and old room BUT with a balcony. And what a plus that was… morning coffee or evening drink watching the world go round in the port below. Sacrificing modern room for small tired one with balcony was well worth it!
Shame there’s no terrace from the bar but we had our own little balcony so that was ok.
