We had an amazing stay at the Conrad Hotel in Shanghai! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, and their English was excellent. We even received a lovely surprise gift after mentioning that we were in Shanghai for my sisterβs graduation. I also lost my wallet during our stay, and the manager went above and beyond to help me find it and translate everything for me. Even after checking out, the staff helped us arrange a Didi to the airport and guided us through the airport so we wouldnβt get lost. Thank you so much for the amazing service and kindness. Highly recommended!
