I stayed in the newly renovated room 502. It was a quiet room away from the Clock Tower which I preferred. The room was perfect and met my expectations.

The stairs ,,,,, had room 302 which is at top of building,,, both of us are elderly , so this was a big challenge to climb all those flights of stairs … Would not call our room “Deluxe “ .. very bland ,,, needed cheering up …
“Great location”
The hotel had a great location, from our window we had a perfect view of the Astronomical Clock and the Old Square. The staff was also nice and professional and the rooms were clean. We got new sets of towels and new bed sheets every day. Due to its location it was always very entertaining to look out of windows.
Through almost our entire stay, there was a festival right in front of the hotel on Old Square. Music was blasted up until midnight so loud that the windows and the closet were vibrating. Not the hotels fault but definitely something to be aware of when booking a hotel this local. The toilet paper was very thin and could be improved with maybe more layers. The breakfast had a variation of so much food and the veggie options were fine however there could have been more vegan options
