Everything and the fact after books place they say wont give key until pay a R1000 deposit that they will pay back in 18 days im waiting for months and all they say is they going to find out and dont come back and not keeping by word is bad going to report it aswell at police station of this.Very unhappy
I have booked on this place on the 29th of July and they asked for a possible key booking fee of a R1000 and they claimed that they will pay it back with in 14days ... Ever since I have been waiting and trying to get my refund of R1000 and not even getting direct contact to anyone whom who can assist me with my refund....

The property is nice and clean but the service of reservation staff is very disappointing. It has been 18 days since I stayed at Mandela Rhodes Place. But I am still waiting for my deposit. They have been telling me about a backlog in refunds. I don’t understand how should that be made a client’s problem. When I needed to pay for my stay I did not have stories, I paid immediately. Please refund me money

I have paid a deposit ,and until today i have not received my refund .they keep on telling me that it is with they accound departmnt it has been a month already. Although they have said that it should be paid back within 14 days

The bathrooms had permanent staining in the showers The couch was torn and exposed a sharp metal piece which ripped our clothes when walking past The WiFi hardly worked The unit was in desperate need of maintenance there were marks on the floors, stained carpet, cabinetry had water damage resulting in swollen wood, non functional Aircons. You can hear the neighbours tv which is right against the main bedroom wall and you can hear all the noise(screaming and shouting) from people outside all night and odd hours of the morning that your sleep breaks and you don’t have a good nights rest
