Le personnel est très à l'écoute et réactif avec les moyens qu ils ont malheureusement
L’établissement est très vieillissant et, honnêtement, je comprends difficilement la note de 5 étoiles. La climatisation fonctionne très mal — nous l’avons constaté dans trois chambres différentes. Il y a également une odeur très désagréable à chaque fois que l’on rentre dans les chambres, avec une forte sensation de renfermé, notamment au niveau des meubles. Certains meubles présentent par ailleurs des vis qui dépassent, ce qui pose également un problème de sécurité. Concernant le ménage, dès notre première intervention, nous avons été obligés de demander au personnel de faire davantage attention. Le nettoyage nous a semblé effectué vraiment trop rapidement, ce qui est particulièrement décevant puisque nous séjournons 11 jours à 5 personnes. La piscine principale est également régulièrement trouble. (Aucun contrôle de l'eau du matin au soir) Par ailleurs, aucune surveillance ne semble être mise en place pour faire respecter les règles : certains vacanciers se comportent comme si la piscine leur appartenait, avec notamment des bières jetées dans l’eau ou des ballons envoyés dans la tête des autres clients.l'espace entier pour eux . Nous avons signalé ces différents problèmes à la direction. Quelques réparations ont été effectuées et un petit-déjeuner nous a été offert, ce que nous avons apprécié comme geste commercial. Cependant, malgré ces efforts, pour le tarif payé, la prestation n’est clairement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. L’établissement aurait réellement besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement et d’un meilleur suivi concernant l’entretien, la propreté et le respect des règles communes.( crie dans les couleur , ne penses pas dormir au délais de 7h30)
