“Amazing location and views, but the room and service need improvement”
The location of the hotel is definitely its number one advantage. If you want convenience and easy access to the harbour and ferries to the islands, this is a great choice. Everything is within easy reach, making it very convenient for exploring the area.The rooftop terrace is absolutely AMAZING, with a fantastic view of the beautiful Mount Vesuvius and the harbour. Watching the view from the rooftop is truly special especially at sunset
Unfortunately, the room was extremely small — far too small for two people. There was barely enough space to move around, and we struggled to find room for our luggage. The bathroom also needs some attention. The shower was very old and heavily affected by limescale, which resulted in poor water pressure and made it difficult to shower properly. We also found the front desk staff rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. They rarely smiled and spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult. That said, the cleaning staff and the rooftop bar staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated their warm service.
“Fabulous location for the ferry”
Very spacious sea view room decorated in blue and white. Comfortable beds. Fabulous location for ferry and reaching the lift to the centre.
The lift was so slow often waiting a long time and often used the stairs instead. First night there was very loud music coming from somewhere very close by in to the early hours. The 2nd night was better and quieter.
“Wonderful stay”
The terrace was wonderful, beautiful views and great to watch the sunsets. The bed was very comfortable, shower was great and generally very clean.
