Tolles Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage & Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Wi-fi non funzionante. Una caraffa di acqua in camera non mi piace, preferisco bottiglie chiuse. Bagno scomodo , da risistemare

Suite grande com dois quartos e dois banheiros. As duas atendentes na recepção.
1) Limpeza. Não limpam todos os dias, tínhamos 2 banheiros na suíte e houve um dia que esqueceram de repor sabonete nos dois banheiros. Chão nunca era limpo e um dia encontrei a surpresa da foto abaixo no vaso. 2) Não tem elevador para o último andar, onde estávamos. 3) No sábado o atendente deixou a recepção às 21:00 (normalmente fecha às 23:00), e quando precisei dele às 21:30 liguei no telefone do plantão e ele mentiu dizendo que fechava às 21:00 aos sábados (a recepcionista do outro dia confirmou que eles sempre fecham às 23:00) 4) Tive que pagar estacionamento de todos os dias, mas o estacionamento não é coberto, não tem portão e no último dia, o carro teve que ficar na rua porque a prefeitura estava fazendo uma obra (é extremamente difícil achar estacionamento de rua em Florença, mas a recepcionista me ajudou).
